Workshop Description:

According to experts, project leadership isn't just about project management techniques. It is also about the ability of the project manager to:

1. Motivate the project team
2. Build and maintain relationships inside and outside the project team
3. Ensure commitment to the project

This workshop helps project leaders and project team members improve their skills in the following areas: communicating within the team and outside of the team, making decisions as a team, avoiding or resolving conflict, understanding and working with diverse thinking and learning styles, providing constructive feedback, and running effective meetings. 

This workshop is highly interactive, providing participants with the practice they need to build new skills - ones that can be immediately applied to real project work in real project teams.  This workshop is led by specially trained and certified GTG Trainers.
