Robin Snyder, Operations Manager
Robin Snyder, operations manager, brings 12 years of success helping organizations achieve greater efficiency through project management to her role. A pivotal member of the Griffin Tate Group team since 2002, she oversees the IT, accounting, procurement and workshop administration departments.
Robin manages all functional processes and documentation procedures for GTG – from drafting and development through to execution. She develops and executes all workshop systems and processes. This includes compliance and auditing the CEUs and PDUs issued by instructors following the completion of coursework approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and in the future, IACET. Managing all training records, Robin serves as the main point of contact for all certification and "earned credit" related issues for Griffin Tate Group clients.
Earlier this year, Robin launched the process of becoming an International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET) Authorized Provider. She will administer CEUs once certification is attained.
In addition to representing the Griffin Tate Group at the IACET compliance workshop, Robin was instrumental in overseeing the initiative through completion – a major 2007 strategic goal for the Griffin Tate Group.
Robin’s effectiveness working within the project management discipline is the result of her broad-range of experiences. Prior to joining the Griffin Tate Group, Robin was an IT team member at Fluor Daniel. She also delivered exceptional project support during her tenure at Process Plus – a multi-disciplined engineering firm.
